These Terms govern your use of Dungeon Combat: Initiative. By creating an account or playing, you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. One person, one account, unless we agree otherwise.

Fair play

Play fair. Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use automation to gain an advantage, harass other players, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Purchases

The game may offer optional purchases of content such as campaigns and character skins. Purchases sell content, never competitive power — Dungeon Combat: Initiative is designed to be free of pay-to-win mechanics. Purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play, and their terms and refund policies apply.

Content and conduct

Choose a username and any player-visible content that is respectful and appropriate for a kid-friendly audience. We may remove content or names that violate these Terms.

Availability

We work to keep the game running smoothly, but we provide it "as is" and cannot guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Features may change, and modes may be added or retired over time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Termination

You may stop playing and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we must act on for legal or security reasons.

Changes

We may update these Terms. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued play after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
